I ordered the Skinmood Analyser for my salon. The device itself works really well for Feuchtigkeitsmessung and Hauttyp-Bestimmung. The software is intuitive. Delivery took 8 days to reach California, which felt a bit long, but it arrived safely. I wish the initial setup guide was a little clearer on network integration.

Detailed feedback on my order

I purchased the Computergestützte Hautanalyse system, including the Schulung für Hautanalyse, and a couple of Replacement Cables. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. The Schulung was very comprehensive and helped us understand the nuances of the Porengrößen-Messung and Pigmentflecken-Analyse. The Analyser itself provides very detailed readings, which our clients appreciate. We did notice that the initial software download for the Kundenberatungs-App was a bit slow, but once installed, it ran perfectly. The Transportkoffer is sturdy and protects the device well for when we take it to events. Overall, a solid investment for our salon.
